This two-layer system provides a secure shooting platform by combining an inner Velcro strap and a tactical carrying strap.

Tactical Outer Layer

The tactical outer layer features a double-row of 1/2" straps, allowing the shooter to attach a wide range of cases and bags compatible with MOLLE binding.
